Emmanuel Nsobila

FOUNDER & EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Emmanuel is a motivated Project Management Professional and a Development Finance expert with extensive experience in establishing Financial and Administrative structures, systems and implementing process controls to ensure Operational Finance deliverables.

With more than 11 years of experience in Auditing, Banking and providing financial services and business management solutions in the International Development, Private and the Public sectors, and supporting campaigns and interventions aimed at creating sustainable businesses, improving livelihoods, developing talents, empowering women, young people and promoting Inclusion. Emmanuel has managed projects founding totaling over US$18 million from notable organizations such as USAID, Ford Foundation, GIZ, UKAid, Global Affairs Canada, and the European Union.

Elvis Mensah-Bonsu

AGRIBUSINESS PROFESSIONAL & MONITORING AND EVALUATION SPECIALIST

An Agribusiness Professional and a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist with over 9 years’ experience working in the agriculture and development sector. Elvis has served as the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) lead on several projects, with a keen interest on Project Accountability and Learning. He has facilitated the conduct of the several baseline, mid-term and end-line evaluations of donor-funded and development projects. He holds a Master of Science degree in Agribusiness Management from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi.

Alexander Nyarko Kojo

TVET & CBT PROFFESIONAL

An experienced TVET professional with over three (3) decades of experience in designing, managing and implementing projects on the TVET landscape with Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) and government agencies. This experience also covers External Verification, CBT curriculum development and training. Adaptable team player with strong interpersonal and facilitation skills, full of initiatives and always willing to learn new things, excellent communication, analytical, critical thinking and leadership skills.

ENTHUSIASTIC IRRIGATION AGRONOMIST AND RESEARCHER

Elizabeth Apuseyine a senior technician at department of Agricultural Engineering of the University for Development Studies, Tamale,Ghana. She hold a Masters degree in Land and Water Resource Management "Irrigated Agriculture) from the Mediterranean Agronomic Institute of Bari (CIHEAM-Bari). My research interest is in the area of sustainable water management, water quality and reuse, green technology, smart irrigation systems, climate smart Agriculture, small scale farming and enterprises.

Samuel Boadu Duah (MBA, CIMA, ACMA)

BANKING AND FINANCE II CLIMATE CHANGE AND GREEN FINANCE RESEARCHER

Samuel is a goal-driven and dedicated professional. His experiences cut across banking, petroleum and project management. He has several years of experience as a banker with a strong background in bank operations management, risk assessment, and customer relationship management.He has led trainings and written several articles on the state of Green Finance in Africa. Samuel holds an MBA in finance from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.

Richard Atibila Achaa Ayambila

HYDROGEOLOGIST / GEOSPATIAL ANALYST

Richard Atibila Achaa Ayambila have acquired practical experience as a hydrogeologist/geospatial analyst and possess a comprehensive skill set coupled with excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities and hands-on understanding to affect positive, overreaching outcomes in my field of work. Provision of technical expertise in the management of field operations in the selection of sites, design, development, and construction of water facilities from groundwater and surface water sources, irrigation development, evaluation, and interpretation of hydrogeological data as well as supervising borehole drilling and construction, the preparation of boreholes logs and dam safety evaluation, capacity building and support services in farm management are his core responsibilities. He holds an MSc in Geoinformation Science and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Earth Science with a major in geology all from the University of Ghana.

Clement Kpobi

Monitoring and Evaluation specialist

Clement is a Monitoring and Evaluation specialist with over 7 years of experience in the design of M&E systems, use of survey methods and methodologies, collection, and analysis of data in the field of renewable energy and energy efficiencies, agriculture, livelihood restoration and entrepreneurship. He has extensive experience in project and program monitoring, conducting formative and summative evaluations, sharing program successes, and communicating project results. Clement possess strong data management and analytical skills. Well experienced in the use of Computer Assisted Personal Interview (CAPI) tools such as ODK, KoboToolbox, Survey solutions, Survey CTO, google forms etc. for questionnaire programming and survey deployment. Also, well experienced in the use of software’s such as SPSS, STATA, MS Access and MS Excel for data analysis and visualization. A good team player, always ready to support and work diligently towards achieving team and organizational goals.

Tarcicius Ayidiya

Electrical Engineer and Renewable Energy Expert

Tarcicius Ayidiya is a highly skilled Electrical Engineer with expertise in Renewable Energy, particularly in Solar Energy and Power Transmission and Distribution. With a proven track record of leading the design and implementation of On-Grid, Off-Grid, and Hybrid solar PV systems for various residential, commercial, and industrial facilities, Tarcicius has also demonstrated his ability to conduct site inspections, troubleshoot and maintain installed solar systems, and install solar thermal systems and solar water pumps. He has successfully co-led the implementation of various solar PV projects, including Bui (2MW/Floating Solar PV), A&C mall (1.3 MW/Hybrid), and Special Ice Water Factory (1MW/Grid-Tied), among others. Tarcicius is a committed and trustworthy individual who is ready to learn new skills and undergo any necessary training to improve his expertise in Renewable Energy.

Mohammed Amadu

Chartered Accountant

Mohammed is a Finance and Administrative Professional with nine (9) years working experience in the public and private sector with a proven track record in managing project funds and accounts, coordinating finance and administrative processes in line with project activities. Has extensive practical Accounting and finance experience in Banking, Manufacturing, Auditing and Non-Governmental Sectors. Offer an extensive achievement record in providing ad-hoc financial and administrative advice to project technical advisors and experts in project goal implementation, conducting trainings and coaching of start-up and existing business.

History

In 2011, a chance encounter during the Enactus National Conference at the University of Ghana brought four driven and passionate young individuals together. As they discussed their shared vision for empowering and encouraging youth through innovation, leadership, and capacity building, they realized they had the makings of a powerful force for change. Thus, the Hope Faith Foundation was born, a youth-led organization that quickly gained recognition and was registered with the National Youth Authority in Ghana.

Since then, the organization has undergone a transformation and has evolved into the Inclusive Alternative Development Ghana (IAD Ghana). At IAD Ghana, our goal is to provide innovative solutions that promote sustainability and make a lasting impact.

Milestones for IAD Ghana

Founded in 2011 as Hope Faith Foundation, a youth-led organization focused on empowering and encouraging Ghanaian youth through innovation, leadership, and capacity building.

In 2019, the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom (FNF) recognized IAD Ghana's “E-Inclusive” Project as one of the top ten digital ideas from sub-Saharan Africa that promotes social innovation. The project offers solutions for building a free, open, inclusive, and advancing society.

Recognized and registered with the National Youth Authority in Ghana from 2012-15. And Partnered with YES-Ghana (Now YOTA) to implement projects in the Upper East Region.

Evolved into Inclusive Alternative Development Ghana (IAD Ghana) in 2021, a development consultant youth-owned social enterprise dedicated to high-impact development.

Co-authored the "People's National Youth Policy" with institutions and individuals in 2017, which is a comprehensive compilation of youth policy options and proposals to place youth issues and perspectives at the heart of Ghana's development agenda.

Currently focuses on rural and urban pro-poor development in Ghana with seven main intervention areas: TVET education and employment promotion, agriculture and agribusiness, governance and social development, rural development and environment, economic development and inclusive finance, sustainable energy and climate protection (renewable energy and WASH), and monitoring, evaluation, accountability, research, and learning of projects and programs. Committed to working in partnership with grassroots organizations and local communities to provide high-impact, result-based, and integrated solutions.
